What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot complex heating and cooling issues efficiently and accurately
• Repair and replace compressors, TXVs, motors, controls, and refrigeration components
• Perform refrigeration leak detection and repairs
• Service and repair heat pump systems
• Educate customers on system performance and recommended solutions
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service on every call

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience required
• Strong refrigeration diagnostic and repair experience
• Experience with:
  • Compressor replacements
  • TXV replacements
  • Refrigeration leak repair and diagnostics
  • Heat pump service and repair
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
