Focus Heating & Cooling is looking for a HVAC Service Tech to join their team of service experts who handle everything from small repairs of residential heating and cooling systems to large replacements of commercial equipment.

Wage: $30-$40 an hour

Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, parts and installation teams
  • Repair & maintain customer HVAC systems
  • Excel in customer relations
  • Keep company truck clean, inside and out
  • Keep truck inventory up to date
  • Properly complete paperwork
  • Join the on-call rotation
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional


Qualifications:
  • 3+ years HVAC technical experience
  • EPA certification
  • Preference given to LEB & LEA holders
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record
