    Description

     
    The Heating/Air Conditioning Technician will plan, implement, perform maintenance, installation, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment.
     
    $25-$35 per hour.
     
    Qualifications: 
    • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where interruptions may occur.
    • Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience preferred (oil, gas, air conditioning, ductless), but will consider other applications.
    • Great customer communication skills and creating a positive customer experience.
    • Ability to diagnose, make recommendations for repairs, and complete repairs.
    • Self-motivated individual with a strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team.
    • Possession of a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. 
    • Ability to pass a background check.
    • Ability to climb, lift, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually.
    • Knowledge and ability to operate tablet/smartphone technology.
    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Troubleshooting, repairing, and/or maintaining systems.
    • Using judgment and decision-making skills when considering potential actions.
    • Actively listening to customers and team members who are providing information and solutions.
    • Critical thinking, using logic and reasoning to identify solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems.
    • Following all local, national, and industry codes.
    • Providing best-in-class service.
    • Providing opportunities for continuous education.
