Pay: We offer a full-time, in-office job with a pay range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year, plus extra bonuses for great performance.

SCHEDULE FOR OUR HVAC SUPERVISOR:

You will work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, in our office in Torrance, CA.

YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC SUPERVISOR:

As the HVAC Supervisor, you will help the team do their best work every day. You will keep track of sales and make sure the company is doing well financially. You will check that jobs are done right, make sure the inventory is managed, and help oversee dispatch. If there are any customer complaints, you will work to solve them and help the team give great service. Training, hiring, and guiding your team will also be a big part of your day. You will use tools like Service Titan to help make sure everything runs smoothly.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC
• 2+ years of experience in management or leadership roles
• Financial competency, including KPI's, gross profit, and labor burdens
• Experience with HVAC field software (ServiceTitan)
• Positive attitude

Preferred:

• C-20 license
• Experience with installation, service/repair, sales, and operations
• Competitive industry experience
