What We're Looking For

Experience & Expertise:

• 4–5 years of HVAC experience in installation and service
• Strong knowledge of:
• Conventional A/C systems
• Ductless and ducted mini-splits
• Light commercial VRF systems & chillers
• Low voltage wiring and control systems

Your Skillset:

• Advanced troubleshooting and installation skills
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Team player mentality with flexibility to handle diverse job scopes
• Tech-savvy with mobile devices and reporting tools

Your Mindset:

• Positive, reliable, and solution-driven
• Adaptable to different environments and client needs

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Apply construction and plumbing skills during system installations
• Troubleshoot system issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Provide exceptional service and clear communication with customers
• Drive company vehicle to job sites for service calls and installations
