What We're Looking For
Experience & Expertise:
- 4–5 years of HVAC experience in installation and service
- Strong knowledge of:
- Conventional A/C systems
- Ductless and ducted mini-splits
- Light commercial VRF systems & chillers
- Low voltage wiring and control systems
Your Skillset:
- Advanced troubleshooting and installation skills
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Team player mentality with flexibility to handle diverse job scopes
- Tech-savvy with mobile devices and reporting tools
Your Mindset:
- Positive, reliable, and solution-driven
- Adaptable to different environments and client needs
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Apply construction and plumbing skills during system installations
- Troubleshoot system issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Provide exceptional service and clear communication with customers
- Drive company vehicle to job sites for service calls and installations
