HVAC Technician or
Senior HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Columbia, MD! Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance inspections on residential and/or commercial systems
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repair options, and pricing
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts inventory
- Respond to emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and industry best practices
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
