Requirements

• At least five years of HVAC and commercial maintenance experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial HVAC systems
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building-maintenance practices
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to travel locally between commercial properties

Job Duties

• Maintain and repair commercial package and split HVAC units
• Diagnose compressors, motors, boilers, and refrigerant systems
• Troubleshoot electrical components and airflow issues
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and facility repairs
• Read and complete work orders
• Document service activities using tablets and mobile technology
• Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Communicate with customers and internal teams
• Travel between assigned commercial properties

As a HVAC Technician you will perform responsibilities that support the daily operations of your assigned employer while following established procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
