Your RoleAs a Lead/Senior HVAC Technician, you’ll run service calls and support installs on residential and light commercial systems while setting the standard for quality and customer experience. You’ll work hands-on in the field, help coach newer technicians when needed, and reinforce company processes—while keeping communication strong with customers and management.

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• EPA Certification and 5–7+ years of HVAC experience

• Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install systems

• Ability to mentor/coach technicians and lead by example

• Strong attention to quality and detail

• Excellent communication and customer service

• Dependable, trustworthy, and growth-minded

Preferred (not required):NATE certification and ServiceTitan experience.
