Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 1 month
• Pay Rate: $33.00 $34.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Overtime: Overtime applicable

Job Summary

This is a client-facing, primarily independent HVAC Technician role supporting commercial facilities. The technician will complete daily work orders and general maintenance tasks, operating mostly independently with some teamwork.

• Changing filters
• Painting/patching
• Light plumbing
• General maintenance
• Light electrical

Required Skills

• General maintenance skills
• Basic electrical
• Basic plumbing
• Light carpentry
• Good customer service skills
• Tablet experience
• Basic computer experience (including Outlook)

Preferred Skills

• Commercial door maintenance skills
• Specific past experience in either electrical or plumbing
• Forklift and safety certifications

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Trade school preferred

Required Experience

• 5 years of experience with commercial or residential multi-family experience

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Must meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs/ladders
• Must have the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
• Client-facing role
• Mostly independent work with some teamwork
• Background package: Safety-specific with drug screen required
