HVAC Technician

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level HVAC/R Technicians to join our dynamic team! You’ll have the opportunity to install, maintain, and repair commercial and residential heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, with full training provided.

As an Entry-Level HVAC/R Technician, you'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure air quality systems operate at their best. You’ll also have the chance to assist customers in choosing the right systems to meet their needs, offering solutions for both new and existing clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues within HVAC systems.
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems as well as perform warranty services.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair needs.
• Keep accurate logs and records of daily maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards, safety regulations, and OSHA requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and work with customers to meet their needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret work plans.
• Willingness to work after hours, weekends, overtime, and on holidays as needed.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanically inclined with a strong desire to learn.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

• Full-time position with steady hours.
