What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Educate homeowners on repair, replacement, and upgrade options.
• Recommend indoor air quality, comfort, efficiency, and system improvement solutions.
• Generate replacement opportunities and coordinate with our comfort advisors.
• Build long-term customer relationships through honesty, professionalism, and expertise.
• Consistently achieve service and sales performance goals.
• Complete accurate service records and documentation.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proven track record of recommending and selling solutions to homeowners.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated by performance and earning potential.
• EPA Certification required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
