Position Title: HVAC Specialist

Department: Maintenance

Position Type: Full-Time, 12-Month, 40 Hours per Week

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Specialist to join our Maintenance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and operation of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical systems within the organization’s facilities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems, and physical plant management
• A valid Type 1 & Type 2 HVAC license, or a Block license required
• VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) experience is a plus
