Looking for one HVAC service Technician and one HVAC installation technician.Offered salary and other compensation:Based on your experience and performance record, we offer an hourly salary of
$28 – $30/hour. Additionally, we offer:

- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overtime during busy seasons
- On-call rotation (service techs): approximately 1 week per month
Your Mission as HVAC Technicians (Service & Installation):You will deliver
high-quality HVAC solutions—whether diagnosing and repairing systems or installing new ones—while providing customers with
comfort, reliability, and peace of mind.
You are not just a technician—you are a

HVAC Service Technician’s Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, and refrigeration issues
- Analyze system performance and recommend solutions
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide options
HVAC Installation Technician’s Responsibilities:- Install HVAC systems including units, ductwork, and components
- Ensure systems are installed for efficiency, safety, and performance
- Work with tools including torches, gauges, and fabrication tools
- Test systems and ensure proper operation upon completion
Shared Responsibilities:- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and stand behind your work
- Use tools such as meters, gauges, and hand tools effectively
- Always ensure customer satisfaction and professionalism
Required experience and qualifications:- 1 to 3 years of technical, hands-on experience (service or installation) in any trade.
- Ideally, a good understanding of:
- Electrical systems
- Refrigeration cycles
- Airflow and heat transfer
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Valid driver’s license
