HVACR Technician Job Description: Independently diagnose, repair, and install HVACR equipment Interpret blueprints, schematics, and building automation software to plan system modifications or upgrades Perform and design preventive maintenance schedules for complex mechanical equipment Train, direct, and guide apprentice technicians Explain systems issues and be able to suggest repairs or proper maintenance clearly Ensure all work adhere to environmental laws, building codes, and safety protocols HVACR Technician Job Skills Maintain high-quality workmanship Be able to demonstrate advanced troubleshooting skills Exhibit leadership Have advanced knowledge of electrical schematics, digital/pneumatic control systems, and psychometrics Benefits - Company subsidized health insurance, 401(k) plan with employer match, paid vacation, paid holidays, and opportunities for continuing education.
