Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership
- Develop, maintain, and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Capture and transfer institutional knowledge to support leadership continuity
- Manage executive calendars, correspondence, and office operations
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Track KPIs and manage executive dashboards and reporting tools
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives
Qualifications- Proven experience in an executive-level support role
- Previous experience working remotely
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities - this is a critical requirement
- Proficiency with productivity and reporting tools (Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms, dashboard tools)
- Professional presence; polished and articulate in all interactions
- Ability to exercise discretion with sensitive information and operate with a high degree of autonomy
