Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, manage, and oversee medium-to-large technology projects. This role works collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders to support successful project implementation, maintain project documentation, manage risks and issues, and ensure alignment with project governance standards.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from planning through implementation, including complex, multi-year initiatives.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, meeting documentation, risk and issue logs, and project records.

• Track milestones, tasks, deliverables, and project performance using project management tools; identify variances and coordinate corrective actions.

• Facilitate project meetings and communicate status, risks, issues, and updates to stakeholders.

• Maintain compliance with project governance procedures, standard operating procedures, and documentation requirements.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams and other stakeholders to resolve issues, support team productivity, and achieve project objectives.

• Assist with project portfolio activities and related project management responsibilities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing large, complex, multi-year projects.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce technology.

• Minimum 2 years of thorough knowledge and experience with PMBOK project management practices.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Agile project management and IT governance methodologies, tools, and implementation approaches.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with cost management, benefit analysis, risk management, resource management, and change control.

• Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, relationship-building, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.

• Must currently reside in Indiana.

Preferred

• Knowledge of IV-D programs and Child Support Enforcement.

• State government experience.

• PMP certification.

• Agile certification.

• Scrum Master certification.
