Location: Dallas, TX Hybrid 2 days Onsite

Contract Length: Long Term Contracting (9+ Months with extensions)

Hours: 40 hours a week

Target Pay Rate: $60.00 - $70.00 / hour + (W2 candidates are Benefits eligible after 60 days)

About the Role

A leading digital consulting organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep, hands-on experience leading Salesforce implementations for a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative within the real estate and property management space. This is a highly visible role supporting a nationally recognized organization focused on innovation, smart home technology, and modernized customer and operations platforms.

The Senior Project Manager will partner directly with executive stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams to drive end-to-end Salesforce implementation efforts. This role requires full accountability for delivery and is ideal for someone who has successfully led complex Salesforce programs from inception through production rollout.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end Salesforce implementation projects, including discovery, planning, execution, and go live
• Drive alignment across senior business leaders, technology stakeholders, and delivery teams on scope, solution design, and delivery plans
• Own delivery across Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations
• Manage projects using a mix of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments
• Serve as the primary point of communication for project status, milestones, decisions, and risks
• Partner closely with technical leads, architects, and vendors throughout the SDLC
• Own change management activities through rollout and adoption
• Manage and maintain all core project artifacts including schedules, forecasts, status reports, and approvals
• Support resource planning, capacity management, and financial tracking
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Continuously drive delivery excellence and process improvement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing complex technology and business projects
• 5+ years leading large scale, cross functional initiatives
• Proven, hands on experience leading full Salesforce implementations end to end
• Strong executive level stakeholder management and communication skills
• Background in consulting or professional services environments preferred
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands on delivery ownership
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams

Preferred Experience

• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
• Experience supporting real estate, property management, or operationally complex organizations
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and similar delivery tools
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or other Agile certifications
