We’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who combines excellent clinical care with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help patients understand and improve their oral health.

   Pay: $70.00 - $95.00 per hour

Job Duties:

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care based on each patient’s individual needs.
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable, informed, and cared for.
• Educate patients about their oral health and support them in making informed decisions about their care.
• Identify changes in periodontal and oral health and collaborate with doctors around diagnosis and appropriate next steps.
• Communicate clearly with patients and teammates about findings, recommendations, and follow-up care.
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation.
• Partner with doctors, assistants, and the front office to help create a coordinated and consistent patient experience.
• Participate in ongoing learning, calibration, and conversations that strengthen the quality of care we provide.
• Contribute ideas and observations that help improve patient care, team systems, and practice.
