IAM Engineer

Position Overview: 

Job Role: IAM Security Analyst / Engineer ( Identity Access management)

Location: Alpharetta, GA.

Description:

“This role requires that all successful applicants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of the engagement and provide proof of such vaccinations within 3 days of commencement of services.”

FYI, where work location is US onsite, the expectation will be that contingents attest they are vaccinated and upload proof of vaccination within 3 days of their start date, else they would be disengaged.

This would be based exclusively on job location in Fieldglass/Workday.

This role is to be part of the global Security Administration team which covers Firm wide control function for Privileged Access Administration and Exceptions Management. 

The candidate will be part of the global team and must be comfortable working in a global team environment including the following responsibilities:

- Service onboarding and handoff processes.- Process work requests by monitoring and maintaining work queues. 

- Interpret customer requests, validate that approval processes are followed; track and report on privileged access and exception grants, revokes and suspensions; by referencing the documented procedures. 

- Contribute to and improve documentation. 

- Own operational excellence, service improvement, and small-scale projects. 

- Initiate incident communications. 

- Manage incidents and/or assist in incident management. 

- Assist clients with questions on supported services. 

- Assist in gathering data for metrics and reports when necessary. 

- Follow the teams Operating Principles. 

Required Skills 

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar 

- 5 plus years of experience in a similar role 

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 

- scripting experience (e.g. JavaScript, Perl, PowerShell, Python) 

- DB experience (e.g. Sybase) and knowledge is a plus 

- ServiceNow workflow creation and development

- SDLC tools experience(Jenkins, GIT, Jira, etc.)

- General IT Security knowledge and applying best security practices 

- Risk management skills including knowledge of least privilege and segregation of duties 

- An understanding of access control models like Role-based access control, and Rule

-based access control - Agile methodology experience

Desired Skills:

- Experience supporting the UNIX and/or Windows Platforms 

- Experience supporting Cloud offerings (SASS, IASS, PASS) as well as IAM controls.

- Experience with authentication technologies (e.g. Kerberos, NTLM) is a plus 

- Knowledge of access control/ user account management (e.g. AD/LDAP)
