IAM Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

• Designs and leads implementation of complex security systems and enhances existing platforms

• Leads design and contributes to roadmap planning and operational strategy for security tooling

• Leads complex engineering initiatives and cross-team efforts

• Defines and enforces technical standards and best practices

• Mentors junior engineers and supports team development

• Drives improvements in system performance, scalability, and reliability

• Provides technical guidance on engineering decisions within assigned platforms or domains

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Deep expertise in system security, network architecture, or platform engineering

• Strong ability to design and implement secure, scalable environments

• Advanced problem-solving and technical leadership capabilities

• Experience influencing architecture and engineering standards

• Strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing skills

Education

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred:

Advanced training or certifications in cloud, security engineering, or automation

Experience

Required:

6+ years of relevant engineering or security experience

Preferred:

• Experience owning technical platforms or major initiatives

• Experience mentoring or leading other engineers
