Salary : 110 K - 120K

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IAM Project Manager / Saviynt Implementation Manager / SailPoint Implementation Manager to lead and coordinate an enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiative.

The initiative includes Saviynt implementation, client-specific Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) implementations, and the broader centralization and standardization of identity and access management processes.

The candidate will be responsible for establishing strong program governance, managing multiple workstreams, tracking implementation milestones and dependencies, and maintaining end-to-end visibility across the program. The role requires close collaboration with technical, information security, application, infrastructure, business, and client teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide IAM/IGA implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Establish program governance, reporting mechanisms, stakeholder reviews, and escalation processes.
• Manage and coordinate Saviynt and/or SailPoint IGA implementations, including application onboarding, integrations, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and access certification activities.
• Work with IAM architects, security engineers, application owners, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to resolve technical and functional dependencies.
• Drive centralization and standardization of identity governance processes across enterprise applications and client environments.
• Ensure alignment between client-specific requirements and enterprise IAM/IGA standards.
• Track project progress, maintain RAID logs, prepare status reports, and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, implementation readiness, and go-live activities.
• Support access governance, role-based access control (RBAC), least-privilege principles, segregation of duties (SoD), and audit requirements.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, escalate blockers, and drive timely resolution across teams.
• Maintain project documentation, implementation plans, meeting minutes, action trackers, and governance artifacts.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IAM Project Manager, IAM Program Manager, IGA Project Manager, or IAM Implementation Manager.
• Experience managing enterprise IAM/IGA implementations involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, access reviews, and entitlement management.
• Experience in project planning, program governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work across security, technical, application, infrastructure, business, and client teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Saviynt: Experience managing Saviynt IGA implementation and integration initiatives.
• SailPoint: Experience managing SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, MFA, RBAC, and access certification.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, application onboarding, and identity provisioning integrations.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of security governance, audit controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise IAM/IGA programs, coordinating complex implementations, and driving governance across multiple teams. Candidates with Saviynt or SailPoint implementation management experience and a proven ability to manage enterprise identity transformation initiatives will be preferred.
