Job Title: IBM WTX Integration Architect
Location: This role is primarily remote with up less than 30% travel. Travel is expected during UAT to client site in Irvine CA. Travel expenses will be covered by Client.
Contract: 6+ Months


Job Description:
We are seeking an IBM WTX Integration Architect (B2B/EDI, SAP) with advanced experience as an IBM WTX Middleware Architect, including IBM WebSphere Extender 8.4, EDI integration with SAP ERP, and broader SAP ERP integration experience. IBM WTX 8.4 EDI architect focusing on architecting , designing of EDI Maps with S/4 with partners - Customers and Vendor . Coordinator between Client , Client project team and Offshore developers.

Description:
• 10+ years in B2B/EDI integration, with significant hands-on WTX (or Mercator) work.
• Hands-on WTX 8.x design and build: type trees, maps, functional maps, systems and Launcher events, Command Server, and the Pack for EDI X12/EDIFACT and Pack for SAP R/3.
• SAP integration through IDoc/ALE (basic types, partner profiles, ports) and EDI-to-SAP order, ASN, invoice, forecast and inventory flows.
• Experience with RosettaNet PIPs (3A4, 3B2, 4A3 and similar) and Axway or comparable B2B gateways.
• Experience with SQL Server/ODBC adapters and FTP/SFTP/SMTP adapters, plus production support and performance tuning of high-volume WTX estates.
Experience with SAP integrations using ALE, EDI architecture , client facing roles is highly desirable. Experience with EDI Partner ecosystem , VAN setup, B2B gateway is preferred.
