Program Leadership & Governance Define and maintain the overall program roadmap, milestones, and interdependence across both Ariba and IBP workstreams Establish and lead program governance structures including steering committees, workstream leads, and executive briefings Develop and manage integrated program plans, risk registers, issue logs, and decision frameworks Drive alignment across business stakeholders, IT leadership, and the Systems Integrator Ensure program objectives are aligned to business outcomes, KPIs, and strategic priorities Systems Integrator Management Serve as the primary MiniMed interface to the SI partner across both programs Manage SI contracts, SOW compliance, deliverable quality, and performance against SLAs Conduct regular SI performance reviews and escalate issues as needed Ensure knowledge transfer and capability building within MiniMed teams Oversee SI resource plans and identify gaps or risks related to staffing or skill sets SAP Ariba Program Oversight Oversee implementation of SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Management) Partner with Procurement and Finance leadership to drive process standardization and adoption Manage change management, training, and go-live readiness activities Ensure integration design aligns with downstream systems (e.g., SAP ERP/S4HANA, finance systems) SAP IBP Program Oversight Oversee implementation of SAP IBP modules (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization) Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial leadership to align planning capabilities with business needs Manage data readiness, master data governance, and integration to manufacturing and logistics systems Support change management activities including S&OP process redesign and user adoption Risk, Budget & Reporting Own program-level budget tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across both programs Provide regular executive-level status reporting with clear insights on scope, schedule, budget, and risks Maintain program documentation and ensure audit-readiness, particularly in support of regulatory and compliance requirements
