Position ScopeThis role will lead to the ICS Engineering team efforts and will coordinate with the Sales team to assist in achieving overall business objectives. Heshe will lead engineering process activities to ensure faster completion of order-related deliverables. Projects will be set in place to complete using strengths from supporting teams to increase volume through each supporting team. HeShe will play a large role in the development and implementation of quality unit designs. HeShe will also have supporting efforts of EPICOR BOM process and design development for projects to improve information passing from Engineering to Scheduling and then to Production. This position will also support the ICS Service field technicians with submittal documentation and troubleshooting.Major Responsibilities Activities include the followingLead and manage the ICS engineering team fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Develop review and maintain technical specifications for all projects.Oversee the creation evaluation and submission of compliance documentation CDEs to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project management design and procurement to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.Establish metrics and processes for document management and compliance to enhance efficiency.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members promoting continuous professional development.Conduct regular reviews of project specifications and documentation to ensure quality and accuracy.Create and finalize submittal packages with electrical calculations controls and cover pages.Work on special projects with SalesTSS to help streamline the selection process and speed up solutions.Support witness testing at the factory.Stay informed on industry trends technologies and best practices related to current facility needs. Job RequirementsComprehensive understanding and knowledge of the ICS Engineering process requirements and system design steps.Ability to prepare evaluate and report on improvements made to increase ICS business workflow.Ability to define problems collect data establish facts draw valid conclusions and implement appropriate solutions. Ability to effectively present information to top management and various other internalexternal constituencies.Ability to effectively apply basic techniques of mathematical and statistical analysis. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.Demonstrated ability to define strategy supporting processes and ensure implementation. Must be proficient with Microsoft office.
