What Youll Do
- Float across ICU units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU (MICU), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, NCCU
- Provide advanced critical care, including ventilator management and telemetry
- Start IVs, manage patient telemetry, and support ventilated patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care
- Adapt to different ICU environments based on staffing needs and patient acuity
- Follow hospital protocols and safety standards to ensure optimal outcomes
What You Need
Required:- Valid Ohio RN license
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
- Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management
Preferred:- Previous travel nursing experience
- Flexibility to float among various high-acuity ICUs
