You'll resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, and drive change initiatives that directly impact compliance and user experience. Responsibilities

• Resolve incident tickets related to Identity Management and Governance promptly and accurately
• Fulfill service requests from the Service Catalog, ensuring timely and effective delivery
• Complete release and change tickets, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Address security vulnerabilities by executing remediation tasks involving Saviynt configuration changes
• Contribute to reducing security risks, enhancing compliance, and optimizing user experience through diligent access management

Required Skills and Experience

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience supporting Identity Management and Governance services
• Proficient with Saviynt Identity Governance platform
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues quickly
• Familiarity with security vulnerability remediation processes
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to work Monday to Friday during regular business hours, with readiness for rotational on-call duties

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hybrid or enterprise environments
• Exposure to compliance frameworks and audit processes
• Knowledge of additional identity management platforms
