Job Summary The Nurse is responsible for addressing the medical needs of assigned individuals in our program. This role includes conducting health assessments and developing and implementing care plans. The Nurse oversees all nursing services delivery, including labor, supplies, pharmaceuticals, durable medical equipment, and billing, while providing direct supervision of participant health evaluations and processes.
