Required Education Bachelor's (University Degree) in a relevant field. Preferred Education Master's Degree preferred. Preferred Certifications PMP or equivalent Project Management certification strongly preferred. Required Experience 10–15 years of project management experience within Capital Markets. Experience leading transformation and change management initiatives focused on regulatory, audit, risk, and control programs. Strong experience delivering IMA components including ES, NMRF, RFET, and PLAT. Experience with FRTB and other front-office regulatory initiatives. Experience with derivatives trading, risk, and P&L flows. Significant Capital Markets transformation experience. Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across Front Office, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Risk. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Tech Skills Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products and business lines. Strong Market Risk experience including HVaR model management. Working knowledge of regulatory capital, Market Risk (VaR), and Credit Risk. Experience with JIRA. Experience working within Agile frameworks. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills with executive and senior stakeholders. Preferred Experience Experience supporting Markets, Risk, and Regulatory programs and projects. Responsibilities Manage execution of deliverables across all IMA project workstreams. Drive Capital Markets transformation and regulatory initiatives. Partner with business and technology teams to define and deliver business requirements. Manage internal and external project dependencies across multiple initiatives. Collaborate with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control, and Technology teams. Identify, communicate, and escalate project risks and issues as needed. Prepare project status updates, reporting materials, and committee presentations. Build strong cross-functional relationships to support successful program delivery.
