Job Summary
The Imaging Analyst serves as the primary technical and operational support resource for all imaging informatics systems across the San Ramon market. This includes Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), voice recognition platforms, critical results management tools, and cardiology imaging applications.
This role ensures imaging workflows function efficiently and reliably to support clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care. The Imaging Analyst partners closely with Radiology, Cardiology, clinical departments, vendor support teams, and IS leadership to maintain, optimize, and enhance imaging technology across the enterprise.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Imaging Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
2 year of experience in imaging informatics or PACS administration within a healthcare environment.
Hands-on experience with:
Sectra PACS
Primordial (Critical Results Management)
PowerScribe 360 (PS360)
Cardiology imaging systems (e.g., CVIS, echo, cath lab, structured reporting applications)
Strong understanding of DICOM, HL7, imaging modalities, and clinical imaging workflows.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
