With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West Oahu. The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West Oahu's only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women's center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state's first retina center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawaii that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician.
Pali Momi Medical Center has West O'ahus first permanent MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scanner, which offers residents the most advanced diagnostic imaging right in their own community. Our state-of-the-art system and experienced MRI team provide physicians with a powerful diagnostic tool, and make Pali Momi an excellent choice for MRI services. Pali Momis MRI suite was designed to help patients feel at ease and includes a special sound system to create a relaxing atmosphere during the procedure, as well as a short and spacious scanning chamber.
As the Imaging Assistant, you will help the Imaging Services department at Pali Momi provide the highest quality diagnostic technology and service to our patients and their families. In this role, you will provide a variety of clerical and clinical support activities to the imaging program. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work with others in a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai'i's people.

Minimum Qualifications: High school or equivalent. One (1) year hospital, clinic, doctor's office, or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Completion of a nurse aide or medical assistant program. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card. Previous experience in an Imaging department. Data entry experience.
