Shift Time: Monday - Friday 5:00 AM – 10:00 AMPosition SummaryResponsible for sorting, preparing, and delivering requisitions for the scanning process while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and Protected Health Information (PHI) regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Sort, prepare, and deliver requisitions to Imaging and Billing.
- Identify and resolve document preparation issues, escalating concerns to the Group Lead or Supervisor as needed.
- Complete required documentation accurately, legibly, and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
- Follow all safety, compliance, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills and understanding of laboratory requisitions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to change.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver carts or document racks.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime as needed.
- Previous production experience and familiarity with mainframe systems preferred.
- Ability to work safely in a biohazard environment while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
