CareCruze Medical Transport is hiring reliable and compassionate drivers to provide safe, professional non-emergency medical transportation services throughout Anderson and surrounding areas.
We are currently hiring drivers for immediate onboarding opportunities with consistent route availability.
Compensation
- $18–$20 per hour
- Weekly payouts
- Potential mileage reimbursement opportunities based on assignment type
- Consistent scheduling opportunities available
Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments
- Provide professional, courteous, and dependable customer service
- Assist passengers with basic non-medical support as needed
- Maintain communication with dispatch regarding trip updates or delays
- Complete trip logs and required documentation accurately
Minimum Requirements
- Must be based in or near Anderson, Indiana
- Valid driver’s license with good driving history
- No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents within the past 5 years
- Ability to pass a drug screening and 7-year background check
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable using a smartphone for dispatch communication and trip updates
Additional Requirements
Willingness to complete required onboarding certifications, including:
- Defensive Driving
- CPR Certification
- CTAA Training
Must complete required online onboarding and training within 5 business days
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in transportation, delivery, rideshare, caregiving, or healthcare transportation preferred but not required
Early-morning reliability is required
Familiarity with the Anderson and surrounding Indiana areas is a plus
