AGGRESSIVE PAY PLAN = REAL MONEY

• 25% Commission on Gross (NEW & USED)

• Up to $200 Mini

• Volume bonuses up to $3,000/month

• Gas & Demo Allowances up to $200/month

• Year-End Bonus: up to $20 per unit (Top Gun Award)

High performers (20+ units/month) are positioned for serious income

BONUS STRUCTURE THAT REWARDS PRODUCERS

• 9-11.5 units $550 bonus

• 12-14.5 units $300 bonus

• 15–16.5 units $1,000 bonus

• 17–20.5 units $1,500 bonus

• 21–24.5 units $2,000 bonus

• 25–29.5 units $2,500 bonus

• 30+ units $3,000 bonus

WHAT WE EXPECT (AND REWARD)

To qualify for bonuses:

• 90%+ Customer Satisfaction (NPS)

• Minimum 5 customer surveys/month

• Strong online reviews (Google, DealerRater, etc.)

• High engagement with Mazda connected services

 Minimum performance standard: 10 units/month
