Job Overview: We are seeking an attorney to join our national business immigration practice in our Rochester, Buffalo, or Albany office. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in employment-based cases, including labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of employment-based immigration cases.
• Prepare and file labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.
• Provide excellent client service and case management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop immigration strategies.

Qualifications:

• Five to ten years of experience in business immigration law.
• Broad experience with labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong client service and case management abilities.
• Enthusiasm for client service and initiative.

Salary: The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 $180,000. Actual base salary will be based on criteria such as experience, qualifications, and skill level.
