Immigration Attorney

I'm recruiting immigration attorneys for Boston-area law firms. You'd help employers and individuals navigate a complex system, with meaningful work that changes people's lives.

What you'll do

• Prepare H-1B, L-1, O-1, and other nonimmigrant petitions
• Handle PERM labor certifications and employment-based green cards
• Manage family-based petitions and naturalization
• Respond to RFEs and prepare clients for interviews
• Advise employers on I-9 and compliance issues

What you bring

• JD and an active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction
• About 2-6 years of business and/or family immigration experience
• Organized case management with a high volume of matters
• Multilingual skills a plus
