Implementation Analyst – Banking & Payments

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an Implementation Analyst – Banking & Payments for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Client-facing role requiring strong communication, requirements gathering, and independent solutioning ability
• Own and run small-scope projects end-to-end as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst

• Must work US business hours; after-hours and weekend support required for newly implemented clients for a minimum of 2 weeks post go-live
• Strong financial industry domain knowledge across banking and payments
• Merchant and mobile distributed capture workflows — understanding of end-to-end deposit lifecycle
• Familiarity with teller and distributed capture environments within banking institutions will be an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong training and documentation skills
• Ability to review client requirements and relay to appropriate technical resources where needed
• Manage client expectations, scope, and escalations through go-live and stabilisation phases
• Lead client calls, training sessions, and on-site go-live and hypercare support
