Job Overview

We are seeking an Implementation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients and successfully deliver concurrent projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within the defined scope and budget. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to help configure specific areas within the Hazeltree application as required throughout the project. Your responsibilities will include leading client discovery sessions, understanding and translating client requirements, coordinating internal teams on specific deliverables, and helping to resolve any product gaps or enhancement requests related to your projects. You will collaborate closely with the Account Managers, data connectivity, and data services teams, as well as the support team. Role is in office in New York City. The salary range for this role is 140K - 160K base plus bonus.
