Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Planner 3 to develop and manage implementation schedules for projects within a nuclear facility. The role will coordinate closely with engineering and construction teams, monitor project progress, and ensure key milestones are achieved while maintaining applicable safety and quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed implementation schedules for nuclear facility projects.
• Coordinate project activities with engineering and construction teams.
• Track project progress, milestones, and implementation activities.
• Identify schedule impacts and support timely resolution of project issues.
• Ensure project milestones are completed in accordance with established schedules.
• Support alignment between engineering, construction, and implementation activities.
• Maintain focus on nuclear-site safety and quality requirements.
• Communicate schedule status and project progress to applicable project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in implementation planning for technical or engineering projects.
• Strong experience developing and managing project implementation schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across engineering and construction organizations.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated, safety-focused project environment. SNC-380456-245

Preferred Qualification

• PMP certification is a plus.
