Import & Export Specialist (m/f/d)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Preparing and organizing documentation for import and export licences
• Monitoring shipments carried out under applicable licences and maintaining accurate records
• Checking supporting documents and ensuring compliance with licence conditions and internal procedures
• Monitoring licence-related deadlines and supporting the licence closing and archiving process
• Supporting internal departments with import-export documentation and compliance requirements
• Identifying changes in operations that may require further assessment or licensing
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and relevant authorities when required
• Gradually taking over additional Import-Export responsibilities and acting as a backup for the Import-Export Responsible

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Completed commercial or technical education; further training in Import-Export, Logistics or a related field is an advantage

• High attention to detail and a structured, responsible way of working

• Ability to manage documentation, deadlines and multiple tasks accurately

• Strong willingness to learn and ability to understand and apply procedures and legal requirements

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Very good English and Romanian language skills, both written and spoken

• German language skills are an advantage

• Previous experience in Import-Export, Logistics, Customs, Compliance or Export Control is an advantage, but not mandatory

• Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage

Please note that this is an on-site position in Media with no remote option.
