About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design and sell customized bath solutions. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use modern tools and technology to present and close deals during in-home consultations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
- Design customized bath solutions using our software
- Provide pricing and close sales during consultations
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Experience in bath remodeling or home improvement is a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Confident presenter with strong closing skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.
- Average earnings: $100,000 – $180,000+ annually
- Income is directly tied to performance
