About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design and present customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales position where you'll use our innovative iPad-based sales system to create beautiful bath designs, educate homeowners, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions with our user-friendly software.
• Build rapport with homeowners and provide expert product recommendations.
• Present pricing options and confidently close sales.
• Participate in weekly sales training to continually improve your skills and performance.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through the sale.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in the home improvement or remodeling industry is a plus.
• Comfortable delivering presentations and speaking with homeowners.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local service area.

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential
• Expected annual earnings: $75,000–$150,000+
