What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations.
• Conduct professional sales presentations using an iPad.
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our proprietary software.
• Educate homeowners on our products and services.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and pricing.
• Close sales during the appointment.
• Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training to sharpen your skills.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

What We're Looking For

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
• Comfortable using technology, including tablets and sales software.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
