In-House Content Creator

Zulay Kitchen is looking for an In-House Content Creator who can turn ideas into videos that grab attention and drive sales.

We’re not looking for someone who just makes videos that look good. We want someone who is constantly thinking: “What will make someone stop scrolling?” and “What will make them want to buy?”

You’ll be creating and testing short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram, paid ads, and other channels. You’ll experiment with different hooks, concepts, scripts, angles, formats, and messaging to figure out what gets people to watch, engage, and convert.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form video content for products across multiple platforms
• Develop and test different hooks, concepts, angles, and creative formats
• Create content specifically designed to capture attention and drive conversions
• Test multiple variations of the same concept to identify what performs best
• Review performance and use the data to improve future content
• Work closely with our marketing, creative, and product teams to develop new ideas
• Help turn winning concepts into repeatable content that can be scaled
• Stay up to date on trends, formats, and creative strategies that are working on social platforms
• Occasionally appear on camera or direct others when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience creating short-form social media or performance-driven video content
• Strong understanding of what makes people stop scrolling
• Creative thinker who can come up with lots of different concepts and approaches
• Comfortable experimenting, testing, failing, and trying again
• Understanding of basic marketing and conversion principles
• Ability to move quickly and produce a high volume of creative ideas
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for what makes content engaging
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-house environment
