In House Trainer - Electrical, Plumbing, Heating and Air

Location: Eugene Pay: $90,000-$110,000 annually + performance incentives

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm

What You'll be Responsible For

  • Ride along with technicians and provide real-time coaching that sticks
  • Coach Call Center staff on communication skills, customer experience, and booking effectiveness
  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs that set new hires up for success from day one
  • Track individual and team progress over time, identifying patterns and proactively addressing performance gaps
  • Support our culture of continuous learning across both field and office teams
  • Plan and deliver engaging training on technical skills, customer service, sales, and compliance
  • Partner with managers to spot development needs and turn them into action
  • Build, refresh, and deliver training materials that are actually useful (not just PowerPoint slides people forget)
  • Track whether training is working - through assessments, certifications, and real performance outcomes - and adjust when it's not
  • Handle the logistics: scheduling, materials, coordination, and keeping things running smoothly
  • Bring in outside experts and training partners when the right expertise isn't in-house
  • Create a training environment that feels professional, safe, and worth showing up for

What We're Looking For

  • A natural communicator - clear, confident, and able to connect with people at all levels
  • Ability to adapt your coaching style to different roles, personalities, and learning styles
  • Comfortable using data and performance metrics to drive training decisions
  • A team player who builds trust quickly and earns buy-in across departments
  • Organized and proactive - you follow through, and you hold others to the same standard
  • Comfortable in both field and office environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with LMS platforms or multimedia tools is a plus
  • Able to support or administer training assessments and certifications
  • Experience in coaching or training customer-facing teams, desired
  • Real world experience training, coaching, or developing others (field or classroom, we'll take it)
