In-Office Data Entry Admin (Not Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Data Input: Enter dimensions, material specs, and ductwork quantities into fabrication software and Excel.
• Blueprint Review: Read technical mechanical drawings to ensure accuracy before sending files to the production shop.
• Order Tracking: Print shop labels and organize active job folders.
• Team Communication: Coordinate closely with project managers, estimators, and shop foremen to clear up any missing data.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2+ years of data entry experience is preferred.
• Typing Skills: Fast and accurate keyboarding.
• Attention to Detail: High precision to catch errors in measurement codes or material lists
• Computer Literacy: Strong basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience reading HVAC blueprints or working in a manufacturing/construction office is a major plus.
