In-Office Sales and Account Manager

This is an in-office position where you'll work with individuals and families to review their insurance and benefit options, answer questions, and provide ongoing support after the sale. We provide training, mentorship, and the tools needed to help you succeed.

Salary Range: $95000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to discuss insurance and benefit options

Build and manage your own book of business

Develop long-term relationships through exceptional customer service

Follow up with existing clients to review changes and additional needs

Maintain accurate client records and account information

Work closely with leadership and teammates to achieve personal and office goals

Continue learning about products, industry changes, and client solutions

Strong communication and people skills

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Self-motivated and dependable

Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Organized with good follow-through

Basic computer skills

Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or account management experience is helpful but not required
