Every accurate receipt and every safely moved pallet keeps production running on time. In this role, you’ll be the point where materials flow into our warehouse and manufacturing operations—keeping counts precise, handling equipment responsibly, and ensuring teams downstream have what they need.

How You’ll Contribute

• Operate a powered industrial truck to relocate and stage product
• Receive, verify, and document incoming materials and quantities
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trucks
• Inspect freight for damage and resolve discrepancies appropriately
• Organize inventory in designated zones and staging areas
• Deliver raw materials and product to production and storage locations
• Maintain clear, accurate receiving and inventory records
• Use RF scanners or computer systems to complete transactions
• Assist with picking, packing, and general warehouse tasks as needed
• Uphold 5S principles—cleanliness, order, and safety
• Consistently follow safety procedures and PPE protocols

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Hands-on forklift experience (required)
• Warehouse, receiving, or material handling experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift and maneuver materials safely
• Basic computer literacy and RF scanning familiarity
• Sharp attention to detail for receiving and verification
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Safety-first approach and adherence to procedures

Physical & Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Regular lifting and movement of materials throughout the shift
• Work around forklifts/equipment and in varying facility temperatures
• Capability to wear and maintain required PPE
