Inbound Sales Consultant

Irvine, CA | Full-Time | In-Office

We are seeking motivated, performance-driven sales professionals to join our high-energy team focused on helping individuals resolve IRS and tax debt challenges. This role is ideal for individuals who want strong earning potential, career growth, and the opportunity to succeed in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

In this position, you will work exclusively with inbound leads—individuals who have already reached out for assistance. Your role is to understand their situation, clearly explain available options, and guide them toward the best path forward to resolve their tax issues.

Compensation & Earnings

  • 15% commission on all closed deals
  • Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000
  • Top performers: $15,000–$24,000+ per month
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief support
  • Assess client needs, concerns, and financial situations
  • Clearly present available solutions in a consultative manner
  • Build rapport and trust quickly with potential clients
  • Overcome objections and guide clients through the enrollment process
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Consistently meet and exceed performance goals

Schedule

  • In-office position (Irvine, CA)
  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • One half-day Saturday per month

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of phone or inside sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to confidently handle objections
  • Competitive, goal-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-based environment
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and disciplined
