Location: Bellevue, WA | San Francisco, CA | San Jose, CA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Salary: $138,000 – $172,500/year + Annual Bonus
Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced
Income & Franchise Tax Manager to manage state income tax compliance and consulting activities for multiple clients.
Responsibilities* Manage state income and franchise tax compliance and consulting projects.* Review and prepare state tax returns and related filings.* Perform tax research and prepare technical memos and client communications.* Assist clients with state tax audits.* Manage multiple client engagements, deadlines, and deliverables.* Lead, mentor, and develop tax staff.* Support client relationships and business development activities.
Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting* 6+ years of progressive State Income Tax / SALT experience* Active CPA license in California, OR JD with an active law license, OR IPT certification* Strong state income and franchise tax knowledge* Excellent communication and organizational skillsWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
