About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Presales Consultant / Sales Partner to help us identify, develop, and close new ServiceNow consulting and implementation opportunities.
This is an independent, performance-based opportunity designed for an experienced ServiceNow professional who has strong customer relationships, industry connections, and the ability to lead ServiceNow discovery and presales activities.
There is no fixed salary for this position. Compensation is based on successful business generated and closed, providing uncapped earning potential.
Our team will provide the ServiceNow implementation, technical delivery, project management, and consulting capabilities required to execute the engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify companies that are evaluating or planning ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, migrations, or expansions.
- Leverage your existing network to generate qualified ServiceNow opportunities.
- Establish relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, ServiceNow owners, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
- Conduct initial discovery meetings with prospective customers.
- Understand customer business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Participate in ServiceNow demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Help develop proposals, statements of work (SOWs), estimates, and solution approaches.
- Work collaboratively with our technical and delivery teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Help manage opportunities from initial qualification through contract closure.
- Maintain relationships with prospects and customers throughout the sales process.
- Identify opportunities for additional ServiceNow modules, integrations, upgrades, and managed services.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has a combination of ServiceNow expertise, presales experience, and business development capability.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Previous experience in ServiceNow presales, solution consulting, sales engineering, consulting, or business development.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow products and capabilities, particularly ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, or related modules.
- Ability to conduct customer discovery and understand business requirements.
- Experience preparing ServiceNow proposals and/or SOWs.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Existing relationships with potential ServiceNow customers is highly desirable.
- Ability to independently identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow implementation and consulting market.
